This straightener is awesome! I have really thin and sensitive, wavy hair, and all of the other straighteners I've used just made my hair REALLY frizzy, or even burn it! The worst part was, they didn't even straighten my hair one bit!!! This straightener is the only one that worked really well so far. I've been using it every day for a while now. My hair stays straight ALL day. It even added more shine, smoothness, softness,and even VOLUME to my hair! no other straightener has ever done that. I'm sure that there's better straighteners out there but this one works great and is at an affordable price.

It was difficult at first to get the wet-to-straight thing down, but I finally did manage to get this iron to work on wet hair; the trick for me was not going too fast and waiting in between passes a bit to let the iron get back up to temperature. Unfortunately, it is, of course, necessary to set the iron at a higher temperature when using it on wet hair, and so it's probably necessary to pay attention and turn it down a bit after the hair gets dry so you don't damage it as much.

Use the Remington T3 Tourmaline flatiron on 410 degrees (don't pull it through too slowly---that's very hot). Then when finished, spray a glossing spray on your dry hair and rub it down. FINISHED and your hair will be BEAUTIFUL!! I've gotten soooooo many compliments on my hair since I bought these two pieces of equipment and started straightening this way. I have been SEARCHING for 20 years for an effective way to straighten that doesn't take forever or prevent me from having my morning shower.

I'm growing my hair out, so I decided to get a 2in this time around. I'd heard good things about ceramic and tourmaline so I decided on this one, mostly because of the price. For what I paid, I'm really pleased. I'm African-American and my hair is thick with tight ringlets, and after blow drying I was impressed with how well it straightened my hair. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because it still doesn't get my hair as shiny and straight as my old H2Pro. I did notice that my hair seems to have held a lot more moisture with this particular straightener. It heats up really quickly, and I love the lock feature.

This was a great purchase! I also have a triple barrel iron. I got this one because I wanted bigger, beachier waves. This works perfect and is easier to use. I have very thin, super straight hair. Usually, my hair does not hold a curl at all. With this, the waves last all day and night and even look good the next day. It is very quick to do and makes my hair look so much thicker. I did my sister's the hair the other day and now she wants one for Christmas.

My wife wanted a new triple barrel waver iron to replace her Revlon iron that was lost in the move. We had gone to different shops and she looked online. You name it, she searched it. There was a waver iron she found in the mall but it was $50! She refused to pay that much for it. I suggested she look on Amazon and low and behold, she found this Bed Head triple barrel waver iron. She fell in love, especially because the handle is her favorite color (she calls it electric blue). She had to have it. $30 isn't steep at all, let alone the fact that she got within 4 days from placing the order. Needless to say, she is happy!
